Mark McCormick Club Founder and President
Mark founded Fort Lauderdale FC in 2007 with a group of soccer parents and local business owners who were concerned about the lack of opportunities for the sport in one of the state’s largest cities.
Olaf Henke Club Director
Olaf has been with Fort Lauderdale FC since its inception in 2007 and, as Club Director, he oversees the daily operations and all age groups.

John Earle U17 Girls
Coach John’s passion for soccer has enabled him to be successful in all aspects of the game.
Flynn Turner U14 Boys
Coach Flynn grew up playing soccer in Los Angeles, a Southern California hotbed for youth soccer.
Jaime Gruber U15 Girls and U17 Girls
Coach Jaime had an extensive college and semi-pro soccer career, and has a wide range of coaching experience.

Sebastien Chabbert Goalkeeper Coach
Sébastien Chabbert is a retired French footballer who played as a goalkeeper for 17 years in 1st division clubs in Europe such as AS Monaco, RC Lens and FC Metz. He holds a UEFA License
Mike Goodrich Trainer
Coach Goodrich is one of our senior trainers and coaches the U17-U19 Boys team.
Jeff Schield U9/10 Girls and U12 Boys
Coach Jeff has a long and extensive playing history, including as a former Division 1 soccer player at Western Illinois University (2005-2009).

Lionel Brown U18/19 Boys
Coach Lionel attended the University of Connecticut from 2009 to 2011 where he was part of the men’s soccer team that won the conference championship and was ranked number 1 in the nation several times.
Adam Fry Director of Future Stars and U9 Boys, U10 Boys
Coach Adam is an English soccer coach with more than ten years of coaching experience and various coaching qualifications, including UEFA B, NSCAA National Diploma and USSF D licenses.
Alysson Welsh U11/12 Girls
Coach Alyssa began her soccer career in New Jersey. She played at the state and competitive club level for many years. In high school, she earned the honor of being named a NSCAA High School All-American and was chosen as back to back Player of the Year in 2008 and 2009.
